As a P2P (person to person) Service provider, I prefer to keep everything EZ and personal.  No frills, no hype, just one service provider helping another. 

 

Although I do have the ability to collect digital payment through a PayPal account- I prefer to keep those transactions to a minimum.   

Therefore, my pricing structure is geared to encourage direct P2P payment via cash or check with deeply discounted prices offering more bang for your buck; and leaving the middle man out.  Plus, 6 or 12 Month Hosting Agreements offer 1 to 2 months FREE  with Cash or Check.

 

And please note, the “AS LOW AS” prices on my main Landing Page reflect this preferred P2P payment method.

Hosting fees with PayPal are Month to Month ONLY and significantly higher.

Please read over the information below and understand that I will not be submitting statements, reminders, receipts, etc. and can not promise a professional billing and receiving service.   

 

I will collect initial payment for the agreed upon product/service in advance of  your page going “LIVE” on the internet, and will cancel any future hosting services for said Page that has not received a timely payment for the next month/year. 

 

My cancellation schedule is more than fair  – giving you additional hosting days on me.  Plus, my prices are ridiculously low based on the product and service received and doesn’t include mark-up to cover the tasks mentioned above.

 

 

HERE’S MY PROMISE:

Fair Price for a Great Product- but with no bells or whistles when it comes to billing and receiving.   If you are good with that, please keep reading.

I offer weekly hosting just in case someone wishes to showcase a product or run a very limited time promotion, but I suggest taking advantage of the cash or check price and instead purchase a full month of hosting.

And when paired with the $35 purchase of the Page Build and Design, you simply pay $50 for both services and get a full 30 days of your EZLink!

If your product does sell before the 30 days is up, let me know and I will deactivate your page and stop the calls or texts from prospective buyers.

 There are THREE ways to Host your Page monthly.

MONTH TO MONTH– There are no incentives for month to month service, other than the above mentioned discount if electing to pay via cash or check.  

 

 

12 MONTH AGREEMENT-

Most business owners that plan to Host a Landing Page for their online presence, wish to do so indefinitely.  I have a great offer if this describes you. On my main page, I mentioned the option of receiving 2 MONTHS FREE with a 12 month agreement and that option is based on a paying  with cash or check.  

Very few of us want to mail the check once per month, but most are willing to send a check once every 12 months and have a one and done investment for our business.

  • Month-to-Month Hosting Rate for Cash or Check = $15  x 12 months = $180 per year 
  • 12 Month Agreement  with (2 months FREE) means one $150 check per year and  SAVES $30

 

6 MONTH AGREEMENT-

This option still gives you the time saving ability for a one and done payment schedule that offers 1 MONTH FREE with less upfront commitment or investment from you, but is again only offered with cash or check payments.  

  • Month-to-Month Hosting Rate for Cash or Check = $15  x 6 months = $90 
  • 6 Month Agreement  with (1 months FREE) means one $75 check for six months of service and  SAVES $15

I do not build websites- they use too many resources and I would be unable to provide this service to many of you.  However, sometimes you need more than one page to get your message out without cluttering your primary Landing Page. 

 

For example, I personally use 3 Pages:

  • Welcome
  • More Information (upon request)
  • Order Form/Payment Options (upon request)

So with that in mind, I will allow up to 3 Pages per business/client.

Additional Pages require the same amount of effort for design and set up, so the price will remain the same.

Absolutely!  That choice is yours.

 

YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS:

  • You may wish to have private link conditional pages (meaning you privately send an additional page link on the condition of interest or response) like this MORE INFORMATION PAGE.  This allows you to share all the detailed information with serious inquires only and ensures your first impression was enticing, easy to read, and clutter free.
  • Or you may wish to directly link additional pages to your primary page with a menu or button, such as linking a special Promotion Page with your online Presence Landing Page.  

There is no discount for weekly hosting.

Maybe you want to simply update an existing page with new hours, a different logo, new images, etc., but the overall page design remains the same.  

This will be done on a one-on-one basis and if you reach out, I will be happy to assist you.  Fees will be based on what is being requested.

The shared domain/server at www.theEZLink.com will unfortunately reach full capacity at some time in the future.

 

My site comes with 20GB of storage for images/videos- plug-ins etc., and 50GB of Bandwidth.  This is enough to house several beautifully designed pages with ease, but I will eventually be forced to turn away new clients. 

 

With that in mind, I suggest partnering with me during my initial launch (July 2026) to ensure you are guaranteed a Page on my site.

So I would estimate that my Landing Page designs are valued at $300 minimum and my local community of small business owners can purchase one for a LIMITED TIME for only $35.

Over the years, I have invested quite heavily into the tools, software, plug-ins etc., that are required to build and host professional web pages with the many added features that mine offer.  Plus, no unwanted ads that are nothing but distractions for your potential client.  

 

I believe I can offer you what you are needing at an extremely fair price.
